OUR BOARD
DEDICATION
Our Board of Directors is comprised of individuals that have dedicated their lives to serving others and their community. Each brings a unique skill set that compliments the vision, goals and ambitions of the Ann Silverman Community Health Clinic. Their most valuable combined asset is the heart that drives them to provide excellence in basic, preventative, and long term health care to the community they call home.
Board of Directors and Officers:
Cheryl has been a Commercial Sales Executive for emerging medical device technologies for over thirty years. She relocated from Michigan where she attended Western Michigan University and has been living in Bucks County for twenty-five years.
Cheryl has been married for thirty-two years and has two adult children.

Allison is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in multiple specialties including ICU, cardiac rehab, care management, information technology, recovery room, and short-procedure unit. She started volunteering at the Ann Silverman Community Health Clinic in 2015. In addition to volunteering, Allison has served on multiple committees and the Board of Directors for the last few years. She has her BSN from Villanova University. Allison is married and has 2 grown daughters.

Biff has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1982. Presently, he is a Principal in the Certified Public Accounting firm of Spear Coyne & Company LTD, and an active member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPA. Working in Bucks County since 1985, Biff is a proud graduate of Temple University. Biff is married and has three grown children.

Pastor Thomas Rusert has served as Lead Pastor at St. Paul’s since January 2021, after joining as Associate Pastor in 2012. A Minnesota native from a family of pastors and nurses, he holds a BA in Religion from St. Olaf College, a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Master of Sacred Theology from The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.
Pastor Rusert is proud to serve as Secretary of the Board for the Ann Silverman Community Health Clinic, where he helps advance its mission of providing compassionate care to underserved communities.
He and his wife, Abigail, a Presbyterian pastor, live in Buckingham, PA, with their three children and their dog, Summit. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, playing the fiddle, and cooking for his family.
